Lawrie Vonhoff is a photographer living in Coolangatta, Australia, and is a founding member of one of Australia's most celebrated photo collectives, The X-Ray Machines.
He has travelled and photographed in rural Australia, California, Indonesia and Japan.
Using a range of different cameras, old and new, Lawrie seeks out simple compositions and uncrowded waves.
Lawrie completed his Bachelor's Degree of Photography at the Queensland College of Art in 2010, with a major in Photographic Art.
